Antipasti (City Centre) Review

  • Rating Anticlimax (Rating 3.0/5)
After hearing good reviews from friends we decided to use the restaurant before a gig. The portions were disappointing! I had ordered Chicken Breast, Broccoli, and Red Onion in Tomato Sugo tossed with Fettucine Pasta, even the portion of pasta was pretty poor (and we know how cheap pasta is) and the chicken was almost invisible on the plate. The cheesecake was pretty flavourless. Not often I leave a restaurant still hungry and that was with me eating a proportion of my wife's Lasagne (which was alright). Don't know if it was because we were on a special rate but it could have been so much better. The staff were attentive and the place was busy. Nobody actually asked how the food was though or if we were happy.
