Rating A Happy Place (Rating 4.8/5)
The restaurant was very busy when we arrived and we had to wait to be seated. The waiter was most apologetic and we ordered a couple of glasses of wine to sip while we waited. When we were finally seated we were advised the drinks were complementary. There is a really nice atmosphere in this restaurant and the staff are really helpful. I am Coeliac and am always a bit apprehensive when I dine in a restaurant for the first time. The waitress and the person in charge were Coeliac aware and I had a choice of two gluten free sweets which is most unusual. We chose the Celebration menu. The portions for all courses were very generous and well cooked. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant and we will certainly be returning. 5/5
