Amarone Glasgow Review

  • Rating Rating 3.4/5
Amarone has historically been one of my favourite restaurants in Glasgow although I have to say that this visit did disappoint me. The food was excellent as always but the service was not to its usual standard. Usually, the staff would be very accomodating and there would be a very friendly warm atmosphere. However, this was not the case this time. We were seated right in the middle of the floor next to the serving station which was very uncomfortable for on of my guests who was pregnant and when we asked to move, despite the fact that there were other seats available we were told that those tables were booked. We spent the time having people in adjacent tables push past our chairs. It was a shame. I prob wouldnt rush back as a result.
