Amarone Glasgow Review

  • Rating Bit disappointing. (Rating 3.0/5)
i used to be a real fan of Amarone however had a disappointing sat afternoon lunch in October but put that down to the restaurant being too busy. However, had another disappointment again tonight, so felt compelled to write a review. Had soup for starter, not warm, had to ask for it to be reheated. Had risotto for dinner, far too much seasoning, I think chef got carried away with the salt and black pepper!! Staff were great though, and always a lovely atmosphere but food seriously needs a rethink! Had steak last time and that was hugely disappointing however didn't want to write about it as it was a birthday treat. Won't be back for quite some time me thinks, far better value and quality around the town. Sorry, Amarone.
