29 - The Grill At The Square Review

  • Rating Average food at fancy prices (Rating 3.2/5)
Unfortunately I felt the food wasn't up to much considering it was expensive. £17.99 for two courses on a Wednesday lunch 'deal' and the main didn't even come with any veg, was an extra. Bread rolls cost extra and were hard and cold. Was issued with a huge wooden handled steak knife to eat chicken and mashed potato. Starter was ok but also a bit cold. Lovely surrounding but food just wasn't as impressive unfortunately.
