We arrived early in the evening, so the atmosphere was quiet.
The waitress was exceptional - friendly and very helpful. We all ordered off the A la Carte menu, and the food was plentiful and tasty.

Formerly an Italian dining spot, Fratelli Brasserie now serves up freshly prepared Scottish, European and global food in a welcoming atmosphere. As the space is large, it’s ideal for group bookings and special celebrations.
Offering a modern twist on classic cuisine, the new brasserie-style menus are largely inspired by Scottish, British and European produce (with a touch of Tex-Mex too). Dishes feature fresh ingredients from local producers, including quality meats and vegetables. From daily specials to Sunday roasts, there is a big choice of comfort food to tuck into. Fratelli also prides itself on its fresh sauces.
The varied menu is divided into British favourites, grill dishes, pizzas, pastas, fajitas, enchiladas and sharing platters. There is also a chef’s curry of the day.
Highlights include the twice-cooked cider-braised pork belly; 10z sirloin steak with a choice of sauce; or chef’s own macaroni cheese. Or you could opt for the 12-inch Fratelli Pizza with crispy bacon, chargrilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms & buffalo mozzarella. There is also a children’s menu.
Fratelli Brasserie is less than a 10-minute walk from Cambuslang’s main train station and is also close to Quarryfield Park. Cambuslang Golf Club is close by, so you could pair your meal with a day out on the greens. Fratelli is also only around a 15 minute drive from Glasgow city centre.
