Galvin's brasserie is welcoming and busy as a good brasserie should be. The menu is classic, well chosen for season, and the right length. Food was lovely, tender duck with black pudding, proper steak tartare with egg yolk and tasty pork. Great unobtrusive but swift service. Thoroughly enjoyable, sorry we were the last to leave at 11.45 pm!
