The menu at Hamilton’s Bar and Kitchen showcases both traditional pub fare with more adventurous dishes, all created using the finest produce and made to order. Those who like their comfort food classics can opt for the Hamilton’s beef burger with applewood smoked cheddar, tomato, dill pickle, onion bun and home cut chips, or the Scottish ale battered haddock with twice cooked chips, mushy peas, pickled cucumber and crème fraiche.
More adventurous options include the confit barbary duck with duck fat parsnips, grilled saffron polenta, pickled baby pear, and the Tweed Valley lamb shoulder with pistachios, apricots, mint, cumin, savoy cabbage, mash and lamb jus.
There is also an extensive starter section on the menu as well as sharing plates.

Hamilton’s Bar and Kitchen is located on Hamilton Place in Stockbridge. Princes Street is a fifteen minute walk while Waverley train station is a ten minute taxi journey. Several bus routes run to and from the city centre from nearby Kerr Street.
