About The Restaurant - Radisson Blu
Fringe set menu at Raddison Blu
My friends and I had an exceptional experience at the restaurant, the food was to die for, the staff were very helpful and polite and the ambience was great. We all had the Fringe menu £27 for 3 courses with a glass of prosecco included, fantastic value for the money

At The Restaurant in Edinburgh’s Radisson Blu, the kitchen uses the Scottish ingredients in inventive ways. The smoked salmon starter is served with a lentil salad and pickle cucumber with a mustard dressing. Other choices are proudly traditional – like the roast rib-eye of Scotch beef served with grilled mushrooms, tomato, twice-cooked chips and a creamy peppercorn sauce. Smaller diners will appreciate the children’s menu which includes fish ‘n’ chips, linguine with a tomato sauce and pork bangers with mash.
