Beautiful restaurant. The food on offer for afternoon tea was just that little bit different, for example, tiny Yorkshire puds topped with roast beef, and mini potato scones with creme fraiche. It was delicious and all the better for steering away from the usual predictable smoked salmon sandwiches. The only comment I would make (not a criticism) is that the dining area was a bit too quiet, in fact, we were the only people there, so get yourselves along to this gem tucked away in Edinburgh's eastern New Town, and get the buzz going. Highly recommended - and right beside the tram stop! Very convenient.
