The award-winning Plumed Horse is a family-run, fine dining restaurant from Tony Borthwick, a chef who won his first Michelin star in 2001. Smooth service and an elegant interior go hand in hand with careful, clever cooking. Typical dishes might be the roast fillet of John Dory served braised baby gem lettuce, peas and broad beans, white asparagus and pancetta or the stuffed loin of rabbit with sautéed kidney, tarragon gnocchi, baby carrots and cognac-spiked rabbit juices.
