Grill restaurant in west Edinburgh
The Grosvenor Casino Edinburgh, long known as The Maybury, is a lively and vibrant leisure destination on South Maybury. In addition to a comprehensive gaming experience and late night bar, it offers the Charleston Restaurant which overlooks the main gaming hall. From succulent British steaks to exciting dishes from around the world, the menu has something for all and the Art Deco architecture is just as appealing.
The Signature Grill Range takes pride of place on the Charleston’s menu. Dry-aged, grass-fed and fully traceable; all the steaks are carefully chosen from farm-assured cattle within the British Isles. Specially seasoned and cooked to your liking, the steaks are served with crispy skin-on fries, grilled mushrooms, red onion slaw, tomato and beer battered onion rings. The house speciality is the 12oz Porterhouse steak which is cooked on the bone. Alternatively, you could try the classic burger, gammon steak or rack of ribs.
As well as the grill section, the menu has a wide selection of dishes which showcase flavours from around the world. From Chinese sea bass and Singapore noodles, to Cajun salmon and hand rolled pasta, the menu is truly international. There are also lighter dishes such as the goat’s cheese and beetroot salad.
