Sleek steakhouse in Edinburgh city centre
Opened in 2016, this Marco Pierre White Steakhouse emerged as part of a multi-million refurbishment of Hilton Edinburgh Carlton Hotel. Located on the North Bridge in Edinburgh city centre, the restaurant is a chic, contemporary dining room. As well as Edinburgh landscapes and Marco caricatures, the space is decorated with a moody black and white portrait of The Guv’nor
beside his trademark black and white throne.
Marco Pierre White signature dishes
The Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill offers gourmet British cuisine inspired by the world- famous chef. Signature dishes such as his beetroot and goat cheese salad and fried haddock served with triple-cooked chips sit beside his take on the Great American Cheese Burger and a fish curry from his Wheeler’s restaurants.
Of course, pride of place goes to the grill section. Rib-eyes, sirloins, fillets and T-bones from Scotch cattle are aged for up to 28 days and served with traditional garnishes and a tempting selection of sauces. If you really want to go wild, order one of the sharing cuts. The menu has a 16oz Chateaubriand and a 24ox Cote du Boeuf for two diners.
