Still as good as ever!
Although the hotel has changed hands, the restaurant is still wonderful. The zucchini fritti is delicious and we have it every time we visit. Service is friendly and cheerful and always prompt without being intrusive.

Classic Italian dishes with a modern twist
As well as the design of the restaurant being vibrant and contemporary, Cucina infuses old style dishes with a modern twist, meaning diners can sample interesting and unique creations based on the Italian classics loved by all. Octopus salad with new potatoes, shallots and parsley sauce; aubergine and ricotta ravioli in butter and pine kernel sauce and roasted pepper filled with fregola and vegetables with rocket salad are just a few of the updated offerings Cucina has to offer
Options for more fussy guests are also available, such as corn fed chicken breast with spinach and lemon sauce or tagliatelle with traditional pork ragu. Interesting desserts on the menu at Cucina include rum panna cotta with caramelised pineapple and coconut ice cream and Catalan cream with fresh berries and caramel ice cream.
