Amarone Edinburgh Review

  • Rating Lovely food and ambience (Rating 4/5)
Myself and two friends went to Amarone on 16/02/2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We ordered drinks, their french martini's were delicious. Two of us ordered the calzone classic, which was huge, but very tasty. The other ordered the seafood linguini, which she said was appetising however could have been a little warmer. We were all impressed by our desserts, two of us ordered the semi-freddo, and the other ordered the tirimasu, who said it was the best tirimasu she had tasted. The food was extremely good value for money and would definitely return. The only thing that could be improved on is the service, although everyone was pleasant, at times it did feel like they were rushing us through our meal and then towards the end of the meal we were completely neglected.
