About Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen Dundee
Brew bar and kitchen in the city centre
One of several bars run by the same hip brewery family, Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen on South Tay Street supplies fresh, unpasteurised beer to its thirsty customers.
In addition, the contemporary kitchen bar sells bottled, keg and cask beer from all over the world, as well as a range of innovative ‘hoptails’ (beer cocktails). More traditional cocktails, as well as wines and spirits, complete the drinks list. Regular events such as beer brewing workshops and tasting evenings keep things lively.
Contemporary bar and grill food
From brunch and lunch to bar bites and dinner, Innis & Gunn has beer-friendly options for all times of day. Handily, menus actually suggest food and beer pairings to you, ensuring you get the perfect hoppy match for your main. If you are looking for a light bite, you could graze on crispy chicken wings or tuck into halloumi fries from the bar menu. Alternatively, you could settle in for three courses from the dinner selection.
Typical mains include the IPA-battered fish and chips, the Scottish chicken supreme and the sweet potato & aubergine burger. Grill items are locally sourced from Shaws Fine Meats and include the flat iron steak, the lamb rump rubbed with Gunnpowder IPA and the Brigston & Co Hotdog Deluxe. As far as possible, the ingredients used are seasonal and locally sourced.
