Great food, disappointed with the service

Went for the champagne afternoon tea. This was fantastic. More than enough food for 2 and plenty of tea to choose from. Would absolutely not fault the food. I’ve beem in Browns several times before and the service has been excellent however I have rates it average on this particular day. I’m saying that the waitress who served us was pleasant and cheery however service was so slow. We ordered water which didn’t come to the table. Trying to catch the attention of the waitresses was difficult as they appeared rushed of there feet. Sat waiting with empty glasses for a while. When we asked for the bill it took ages to arrive. We had planned on ordering further cocktails however we were left with the menus and no one returned to take an order. We got impatient and left. Would definitely recommend this for afternoon tea but would have expected a slightly better service. Sorry guys
