Guests are encouraged to relax on the lavish bed, order one of Nick Nairn’s signature dishes from the 24 room service, or cosy up in a fluffy bathrobe and slippers while enjoying a glass of Champagne and taking in the countryside views.
All rooms offer an LCD tv, wireless internet access, double or twin beds, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Dine on Scottish cuisine created by a celebrity chef at The Kailyard by Nick Nairn, Dunblane Hydro’s signature restaurant.
A Stirling native and regular guest at the hotel in his youth, the Michelin star awarded Nick Nairn is a firm believer in the “farm to fork” philosophy, sourcing the freshest local ingredients whenever possible.
The menus at The Kailyard by Nick Nairn change according to the seasons. Currently on the menu is chargrilled rump of Inverurie lamb or peppered Scotch beef fillet strips with thyme roasted potatoes and whisky cream, and smoked ham hock and Mull cheddar croquettes with Nick’s tomato and chilli jam.
Bars
There are three bars at Hilton Dunblane Hydro.
The Cocktail Bar serves cocktails, malt whiskies and a bar menu featuring Nick Nairn specialities in a stylish cosy bar with photos of a famous Scots on the walls.
The Wallace Lounge has ornate decor and and front facing windows, the ideal spot to enjoy a nightcap or sip a coffee while reading the morning newspaper.
The Stuart Lounge has comfy sofas and armchairs to relax in and stunning views over the rolling lawns. This is where the hotel’s afternoon tea is served.
There is also an outdoor terrace to enjoy an al fresco drink.
Leisure facilities
Guests at Dunblane Hydro can use the hotel’s health and fitness centre to swim laps in the 17 metre indoor swimming pool, unwind in the steam room, workout in the gym, and soothe their tired muscles in the bubble pool.

Dunblane is home to many beautiful walks varying in length meandering through open countryside and the banks of the Allan Water.
