Originally a stately home, the privately owned, four star Glynhill Hotel & Spa is in Renfrew, convenient for Glasgow Airport and the M8. With 145 rooms, two restaurants, three bars, several state of the art banquet and conferencing suites, a swimming pool and spa complex, Glynhill Hotel & Spa attracts leisure guests, many wedding parties, conferences and travellers going to and from Glasgow and the airport.

In recent years, the hotel has benefited from a rolling refurbishment. As well as upgrading the bedrooms to a high standard, the owners have introduced an all-weather Champagne Terrace for al fresco eating and drinking. The Terrace is always popular during weddings while the Grand Manor staircase and two secret gardens are perfect for wedding photographs.

The Restaurant at The Glynhill has a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, focusing on delicious dishes using quality local produce at good prices. Their menus offer a wide range of items available throughout the day.

To start, diners can sample dishes such as salmon and smoked haddock fishcake, or perhaps their chilli and garlic king prawns. For mains, choose from stone-baked pizzas, sumptuous steaks from the grill, or a hearty dish such as the steak and haggis pie or wild mushroom risotto.

The relaxed Cocktail Lounge is open to residents every day for drinks and light bites, it boasts an extensive selection of whiskies and provides the perfect place for informal business meetings and corporate hospitality.
