Radstone Hotel

The Opal Bar, restaurant and lounge aims to create the ultimate social dining experience for guests. You can enjoy a menu serving creative, playful cuisine with a distinctly Scottish influence.

Menus can change, but expect to find starters such as the Rad Tower of haggis and black pudding with crispy leeks and peppercorn sauce, the teriyaki beef meatballs with spring onions, sesame seeds and tortilla wafers, and the melon, pineapple & strawberries coupe with raspberry sorbet.

Mains include a special Taste of Scotland section, which might feature the medallions of Scottish beef fillet with malt whisky jus, crisp greens and sauté potatoes or the oat-crusted medallions of pork with marmalade glazed root vegetables and whisky café au lait.

Other, more international influenced choices are also on offer, including the chorizo and black pudding spaghetti with roasted tomato and chilli sauce or the coconut and mango vegetable curry with coriander rice and mini poppadums. A range of grill items and burgers are also available.

The Radstone is a great base for exploring the Clyde Valley and rural Lanarkshire. Nearby attractions include Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton Townhouse Theatre and Strathclyde Country Park. Fir Park Stadium and Colville Park Golf Club are also easy to reach.
