Based in the Great Glen, Rokeby Manor is a charming Victorian hotel next to the Highland village of Invergarry and a winding river. It’s handy for Fort William and the Isle of Skye.

Housed in a lovely old 1840s byre, the restaurant is an atmospheric space with beamed ceilings and wooden floors.
The menu is a tempting mixture of Indian and Scottish dishes. It features locally sourced producers like Grants of Speyside and Luvians ice cream.
Sample mains include lamb shank marinated in Indian spices, chicken biryani and The Highland Cheeseburger. Veggies can enjoy choices like paneer butter masala or black lentil curry.
