Dishes can shift with the seasons, but sample starters might include the chicken liver parfait with marmalade, toasted brioche and house dressed leaves, the haggis bon bons with peppercorn sauce, and the mozzarella sticks with spicy relish and salad.
Mains might include the sirloin steak & chips with mushrooms and onions plus a choice of peppercorn or Diane sauce, the Thai red Chicken curry with boiled rice or chips, and the scampi & chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce. Desserts might include warm sticky toffee pudding, Eton mess and lemon cheesecake.
Afterwards, you can relax in the bar and enjoy the hotel’s hand-picked selection of fine whisky, wines and gins, plus a range of cocktails.
McInnes House Hotel is at the heart of Cairngorms National Park, a stunning site of natural beauty covering 1,748 square miles. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, golfing and horse riding. Handily, the hotel also offers a ski storage facility.
