Elliot’s restaurant at the Crowwood is a relaxed and elegant casual dining space. The kitchen team, led by an award-winning chef, pride themselves on food that is both imaginative and creative, yet also unpretentious. Fresh local produce is used to highlight the best of regional flavours and dishes can be complemented by a lovingly selected wine list. The dinner menu changes regularly but popular main courses include the breast of chicken with peppercorn sauce, the traditional steak pie with puff pastry lid and the haddock goujons with chips. A children’s menu is also available. After dinner, you can sit back and sample the fine selection of Scottish malts available in the lounge bar.

Alternatively, you could enjoy the rural bliss of Chryston village itself, perhaps by taking a stroll along the lanes to find Bedlay Castle, before heading back to the hotel for home-baked afternoon tea at Elliot’s.
