Located in a Georgian townhouse – Twelve Picardy Place boasts the stone facade, high ceilinged interiors and ornate fireplaces attributed to that era.
It also has a unique claim to fame, having been the birthplace of Arthur Conan Doyle who wrote the Sherlock Holmes books.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the hotel does not provide a breakfast service. Reception will happily point guests in the direction of many local cafés. 72 hour cancellation period. Cancellations outwith this period will be non-refundable. Check-in from 3pm; check-out by noon. Max 1 child per room. There is a supplement of £20 for a z-bed to be placed in room, payable directly to the hotel. Sorry, no pets. As the building is listed and its structure protected by the law, there is no wheelchair access and there is no access to a lift. Percentage discount taken from rack rate.
