Lauders restaurant serves a selection of starters, platters and mains, like 8oz chargrilled sirloin steak with portobello mushrooms, fries and roasted tomatoes, and roast fillet of salmon with parsley and chive risotto and mussel and crayfish butter. Some of the dishes have an exotic twist, like the Moroccan spiced lamb burger with red onion, harissa mayo and fries or the Goan fish curry with peanut and mango salad and coconut basmati rice.

Options Bistro suits relaxed lunches and dinners, serving comfort food dishes like homemade lasagna, beer battered haddock and fries, and pie of the day with fries and homemade brown sauce.

Bar Zest, the hotel’s bar, has comfy leather sofas, outdoor seating for balmy summer days, and is open all day for drinks and snacks.
