Downstairs at the Fraser Suites is Stocks Urban Bar & Bistro, a relaxed, colourful space that serves Scottish and European classics using the best locally sourced produce. The restaurant boasts unbeatable skyline views and serves three meals a day, including a full cooked Scottish breakfast. Menus can change, but sample mains might include venison ragu with pappardelle and truffle pecorino; chicken chargrilled with wagu bon bons, broccoli, asparagus, lemon and thyme; and for vegetarians, gnudi with spinach and ricotta, pine nuts and sage. Expertly selected wines, whisky, gin and bottled beer are also available, as well as cheese boards and charcuterie if you are more in the mood for nibbles.
