Award-winning fine dining

Soaked in natural daylight, the restaurant at Tor-Na-Coille offers lovely views of the grounds and surrounding countryside. On warm, sunny days and evenings, you can even dine al fresco on the lawn.

Head Chef Colin Lyall has built up an enviable reputation for combining both contemporary and classic cooking styles in an innovative way. Dishes use the best seasonal and locally sourced produce from Royal Deeside and Aberdeenshire.

Menus can shift with the seasons, but sample mains include pork fillet wrapped in proscuitto with Dauphinoise potatoes or seared and braised beef with truffle mash. Veggies can sample dishes such as the parmesan black olive & pine nut risotto cake.

After dining, you can sit back on one of the comfy sofas in the lounge area and enjoy a whisky, liqueur or coffee.
