About The Hallmark Hotel Dyce

The Hallmark Hotel Aberdeen Airport is the ideal location for exploring both Aberdeen and the North East coastline. Located in Dyce on the River Don, just six miles from the city centre, the hotel includes a colourful brasserie restaurant and an elegant lounge bar. It is a great base for anyone who’d enjoy a spot of golf, a coastal hike or a whisky tour, and it also makes for a relaxed and comfortable overnight stop before catching a flight.

Welcoming rooms

Hallmark Hotels pride themselves on pulling out all the stops to give their guests a good night’s rest. So at Hallmark Aberdeen Airport, you’ll find comfy king or twin single beds complete with crisp linen and plump pillows. Other room facilities will include a flat screen plasma TV with digital channels, super speedy WiFi, a phone, large writing desk, complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray and 24-hour room service. Each of the tasteful rooms is decorated in warm woods, bold reds and rich earth tones designed to aid pleasant slumbers.

British Brasserie Dining

The colourful Hallmark Grill restaurant offers an acclaimed mix of British and European comfort food designed to excite the tastebuds, with themed cuisine evenings every night. Menus change regularly but expect starters such as honey mustard chicken skewers, Welsh rarebit tart and chicken liver pate. Typical mains might include forest mushroom mezzaluna pasta, smoked haddock & spring onion fishcakes and 8 or 10oz ribeye steaks with chunky chips. Desserts could feature the classic Hallmark British cheese experience or a caramel sundae with salted caramel ice cream, warm caramel sauce and whipped cream. Lighter bites as well as fizzy afternoon teas are served in the elegant lounge bar area.

Out and about

There’s plenty to see and do in the local area, including over 70 golf courses within an hour’s drive, the breathtaking Balmoral Castle and the Glenfiddich Distillery in Keith. Needless to say, Aberdeenshire is a walker’s paradise, with the Cairngorms National Park and various stunning coastal rambles begging to be explored. The Cruickshank Botanic Garden, the University of Aberdeen and the 600-year-old Cathedral of St. Machar are other attractions well worth seeing.
