So at Hallmark Aberdeen Airport, you’ll find comfy king or twin single beds complete with crisp linen and plump pillows. British Brasserie Dining

The colourful Hallmark Grill restaurant offers an acclaimed mix of British and European comfort food designed to excite the tastebuds, with themed cuisine evenings every night. Menus change regularly but expect starters such as honey mustard chicken skewers, Welsh rarebit tart and chicken liver pate. Typical mains might include forest mushroom mezzaluna pasta, smoked haddock & spring onion fishcakes and 8 or 10oz ribeye steaks with chunky chips. Desserts could feature the classic Hallmark British cheese experience or a caramel sundae with salted caramel ice cream, warm caramel sauce and whipped cream. Lighter bites as well as fizzy afternoon teas are served in the elegant lounge bar area.
