Experience was good overall (Rating 3.6/5)
We were greeted promptly by reception and by beauty staff who were very friendly, we went up to the room which was beautiful and couldn't fault at all. Lunch however was different, this was the most disappointing bit of the whole experience as we were shown to our seats and we waited about 30minutes before someone came to ask about afternoon tea to which we replied that we were the spa lunch. We then waited a further 20mins and someone brought the afternoon tea platter, we when went a spoke someone and said that we had been given the wrong thing and had been waiting nearly an hour. 10 minutes later we were given our lunch and were disappointed with lunch, it was very basic after our wait we would of preferred the afternoon tea. The spa was lovely and staff were so friendly, treatment were amazing and would go back to spa but the only thing I wasn't loving was walking around in my robe as it was a bit uncomfortable but not anything major would definitely be back for that. Breakfast was great self service and staff were friendly and this meant we didn't have to wait for our meal again. We didn't use restaurant as we found it a bit expensive for the food that they had and not a lot of options. Would be better package if afternoon tea was one of the lunch options would greatly improved the service and overall experience
