Changed booked treatment no problem but substitute treatment was not satisfactory (Rating 2.8/5)
Had booked a tanning session (£10) but for allergy reasons asked to change it to a simple nail shape and polish, which was no problem to do. The price for the substitute treatment was £20. The beautician did an excellent job of nail shaping on short nails, of applying the polish and was very friendly - so absolutely no problem with the professional skills and pleasant manner. However, the choice of colours for regular nail polish was extremely limited and so the colour I wanted was not on offer. That was disappointing, but the drawback was that there was no quick-dry solution available - was told the lamp was reserved for shellac polish, so I hung around for half an hour afterwards waiting for the polish to dry, and even then it wasn't completely dry and a couple of nails didn't last the journey home. I could have had the same treatment with a better choice of good quality colours and fast dry for £12 elsewhere and this is the only reason I would not go back to this salon - no reflection on the staff, who were very pleasant and welcoming.
