Relaxing break Relaxing two night stay in Aberdeen. Good location, friendly staff, adequate accommodation, nice hotel bar. Expensive to park the car but felt like a safe area. The street the room looks onto got noisy at times during the night. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are lovely with wonderful showers, and is is in an excellent location for getting buses or exploring the area. We would choose this hotel again if we were in the area.

Historic hotel for a reasonable price. Yes, there are areas where the decor looks a bit tired however this is a lovely traditional hotel with character, and the price was very reasonable. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor overlooking Union Terrace Gardens. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of choice.
