Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel - Highly recommended Fantastic location close to BP Live and the NEC. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking, great pool and steam room and delicious breakfast offered - including confident staff knowledge of GF options, with individual packets of bread and muffins. Novotel Birmingham Centre Hotel - Lovely afternoon tea Had lovely afternoon tea Kevin was very attentive nothing was too much trouble food was really good even packed up what we could not manage surroundings were so nice the decor was so really good and relaxing chairs were comfy would love them at home

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham - Well what can I say. Wonderful staff and a clean and bright hotel with good food. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Two of these stands out for me and they are , Richard (duty manager) made us feel so welcome and made a point of coming over to us to see if we were enjoying our stay whenever he saw us.
