Good value for money. A couple good staff - and a couple not so good. There was a fire alarm went off at 3am. The only member of staff on site gave very poor instructions and left guests outside whilst he went back to bed.

We love this hotel! We spent a week at the Hotel. Everyone we encountered from the manager to housekeeping was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. we love this hotel! Rooms are styled beautifully and are stocked with great shampoos etc. There’s a cute courtyard , great complimentary coffee- and even complimentary .

I bought this voucher for my daughter at Christmas and she has been trying to book for the past two months, The hotel was closed for the month of January and there was no indication of this on your voucher. She eventually got a reply from the hotel and has booked to go on February 19th. Suffice to say, very disappointed☹️ Wowcher got it so wrong to ask if she had enjoyed her stay when she could not even book when she wanted.

The hotel itself could do with an upgrade. The quality of the food was very good - particularly the breakfast. HOWEVER, although the WOWCHER offer specified a 2 course meal, at the end of the meal we were asked for £12 as we had exceeded our limit of £30 ????. Nowhere had it been specified that we had a limit of £30 to spend on our meal otherwise we would have been happy to settle for 1 course. I think you would be hard pushed to get 2 × 2 course meals for £30 from their menu!!
