I could not fault a single element of our stay! The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5, including an air fryer! The park itself was beautiful, with so many free activities and entertainment, as well as some for a small charge. The food outlets were great and reasonably priced, as was the bar. The swimming pool was fantastic and the booking system meant not too busy at any one time. The entertainment team - Brontë, Liv, Nathan & Dec - were all excellent and all had their own talents. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

As a family of 4 with 2 under twos this was a perfect holiday. Swimming every day, train ride, ducks to feed and parks to play on. A negative the soft play needed air-conditioning and the lift to work. You can see how much effort and money they are putting in to continue improving. Why people would moan about seeing this I have no idea.

Excellent stay from start to finish… could not fault our stay - the staff, the cleanliness of everywhere, the glamping pod was top spec, the entertainment was excellent for the children - more of a break for the parents when the kids are entertained :-) thank you !
