Gorgeous location Excellent staff and the location is Gorgeous, the spa itself is a little tired but it’s clean and the facilities although older do the job . The food was great and the staff ( Nina & Catherine especially ) made it a really great experience. For the price it’s really fantastic

Waterton park hotel hidden gem Waterton Park hotel hidden gem, what an amazing place this is . We keep coming back for our anniversary it’s do special. Location is awesome, old country mansion house on an island with beautiful views over the lake and bird watching. Spa facilities excellent with pool, gym and hot tubs outside . Lovely day to enjoy the spring sunshine and staff like Hannah and Michelle we thank you for making it a lovely experience for our anniversary this year. Plus fab massage from Amanda. Great food too . Would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Stunning location, friendly staff & great service Stunning location with amongst the friendliest staff we have ever met, especially at Reception. We had a room in the house on the island with stunning lake views. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were spotlessly clean and the open air hot tubs a great (and popular) feature. The dining menu did not have a huge choice but our meal was delicious and service impeccable. It was a welcome change to have breakfast cooked to order rather than having to self serve from tepid food trays on a buffet as seems to be the norm now in many hotels. We are definitely going to return for another visit. Thank you to all the staff. Paul & Carole
