friendly Josh made our check in so easy, jasmine and maddce in the restaurant was very friendly and good with their job. Amy and Alex was very welcoming in the bar we've had a laugh and chat .The staff seems very happy at work and nothing is too much to ask .The bath in our room was a hazard ,no hand rails, I was sliding in the bath ,struggled to get out, the next day I decided to have a shower i slipped nearly fell over the bath, there was nothing to hold on. I've mentioned it to the lady on reception she didn't look to bothered she told me I should have asked for a bath mat. How can you ask for a bath mat when you already in the bath sliding and the water outlet in the bath was difficult to handle . It was frightening at the time.

Lovely hotel. Rooms clean. Food was amazing at evening meal. Young man serving was excellent credit to the restaurant. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would recommend. Only downside was seeing roof as view.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND SPA ROOM 233 Much needed relaxing stay. We stayed here before and loved it, friendly, helpful staff. The room 233, was lovely, the bed was big and very comfortable.

Great stay and conference The reception staff very friendly and helpful. Wendy was amazing, as always, being very attentive, professional, friendly and proactive in the Conference Rooms, along with Laura who was invariably smiling and always had a friendly word.
