Superb experience. Location, hotel, amenities, and staff were perfect! The hotel is great. It has 4 different restaurants for you to choose according to your preferences. Outdoor is perfect for children. The best thing is the staff!! Friendly, accommodating, and caring. 10/10!!

Very good stay, very nice hotel. Very comfortable hotel. Spacious and very clean rooms. Everything is new and modern. The kitchen is very good with choice. In the evening you have the choice between 4 restaurants, all very good, special mention in the Mediterranean, excellent Welcoming from Bader and a pasta pro in the person of Hassan. The staff is very professional and very helpful. The only downside, the bar not worthy of a 5 star, too few choices; wines beer and alcohol, gin vodka and wisky, cocktails very simple and very few, no appetizers mouth. Maybe a little far from the center but you are on the waterfront and the promenade is beautiful. Very nice experience.

Rest & Relaxation Achieved in Style spent a lovely time with my daughter at Palais de Rose's. It started off a bit rocky as our allocated room was not suitable. Nice room with limited natural light on the 3rd floor hovering over the kitchens. A big NO for me. My complaint regarding my room was dealt with fairly quickly and professionally by Higham and Irkran on the main reception. They are credit to the hotel polite and courteous throughout ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our alternate room. Which, was absolutely delightful, large bed good lighting and our balcony faced the mountain which has the Moroccan motto inscribed into it and is illuminated at night. A big thank you to Ismail the main concierge who assisted us throughout out stay. Bless you. The hotel, as I understand has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The decor is calm, peaceful with elements of luxury and opulent lighting. There are 4 restaurants to choose from. Food is very good and plenty of choice for everyone. Our favourite was the seafood restaurant. Yummy. The pools on site are of a good size with tranquil adult areas and jacuzzi's attached to the main pool. Children are well catered for with a small aqua park pool and lots of solid entertainment. The outdoor furniture & fixtures are all new and there is adequate relaxing areas where you can unwind in solitude. This hotel is a solid 4 stars. My only negative is that there is no true waiter service around the pool area. Queuing for drinks!!!. Another bar in the pool area is a must. The ability for guest to exchange currency at the hotel is essential going forward. Hopefully this willl be permitted in the very near future. However this has not blighted my experience or enjoyment THANK YOU to Fadellah from the entertainment team, Rashid in the lobby bar and our holiday rep. Muhammed. You are all amazing and made our time truly enjoyable and memorable. I will be back next year late summer.
