The Wowcher booking experience was terrible. The hotel wanted to put 2 voucher purchases of 4 adults in one room. The hotel was changed, then we had to pay extra to go from Luton Airport!
The break in Prague was brilliant and worth the money but it was a very frustrating and stressful experience booking the break.

When I came to book this break I was told the Hilton hotel was not available but would be staying at the Urban Crème instead. It was supposed to be a 5 star hotel with a pool. No pool, not overlooking the Vltava river & definitely not 5 star. It was more like a Premier Inn. The return flight was going to consist of an 8 hour stop over in Ireland unless I paid an extra £175 for a direct flight to my chosen hotel. And I had to call the booking agency twice asking them to send my itinerary. All in all not the service I had expected & not much WOW factor. Will not be using again.
