What is there to do nearby?
Away from the comfort of your hotel, there's plenty to do in the Danish capital. Author Hans Christian Andersen wrote many of his famous tales overlooking Copenhagen harbour, where a bronze statue of The Little Mermaid now stares longingly towards the Langelinie promenade and the fairy-tale charm of the city is still very much alive.
Much of Copenhagen’s charisma lies in its art and architecture. Head down to the harbour to absorb the architectural wonders, admire the Rosenborg Castle which provides an excellent insight into the city's royal history, and soak up the bohemian vibe of the Christiania commune.
We'd also recommend giving the Tivoli Gardens a good go - this 19th century structure looks as grand as they come but it's actually a fun-filled amusement park with plenty of rides for the thrill-seekers to enjoy! Aside from the sights, a wealth of shops and cafes along Strøget never fails to entertain. Whatever you decide to do, you're sure to have a fantastic time in Copenhagen!

Great hotel that is excellent on all fronts. Location is tremendous-about a block away from the central railroad station in Copenhagen. Tivoli Garden is just across the street from the central railroad station as well. Walk about 4 blocks for the Hop On Hop Off buses. Many restaurants in the area as well. The hotel itself is spotless with very good quality of rooms, etc. Hotel staff is superb. If we come back to Copenhagen, this will be our first choice for hotels. Highly recommend this place!

Good hotel for seeing the city The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a small ensuite shower/wet/bath room. The staff are very friendly and all speak english. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of foods availabe. Many food allergies etc seemed to be catered for, with different types of milk and gluten free options. I asked for decaffeinated coffee and was told there'd be an extra charge for this. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central station, which has metro, rail and bus links

Excellent 2 night stay We stayed here in March 2025 as a couple with some friends. Our room was lovely and light with two single beds which were very comfortable and in a modern style. The room had coffee making facilities and a safe. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and also had a hairdryer. There was a space to hang clothing (although not very large but sufficient for 2 days). We had breakfast in the restaurant which was very spacious and the food was good - offering a continental breakfast. Coffee was served in a large pot on your table. We also used the bar at night and it was a lovely atmosphere with the music not too loud. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
