A surprisingly lovely hospitable crew, cozy and spacious room with comfortable beds and magical mountain clear healthy air and high altitude view of the lower garda lake valley. We were 3 family members that needed an unexpected rest and tranquility...and our wish was completely fulfilled!!!

We LOVED our time at Hotel Corona! From the moment we arrived, the staff were all exceptional. It was our 41st anniversary and they were so kind. The room was extraordinary, located in the new annex. Clean, modern, and views to die for. Comfortable oversized king bed, luxurious bathroom, plenty of hot water, mini fridge, large TV, room safe, fantastic A/C. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful with so many choices. And again, the staff! Such attention and care from each person we encountered. We had to leave early our last morning and they arranged an on-the-go breakfast for us. I hope we have another chance to stay at Hotel Corona, a true gem in Spiazzi.

Hotel restarting after a renovation and revaluation of the area. Suitable for those looking for little chaos and a naturalistic area little frequented but does not give up comfort. The hotel is located in Spiazzi that survives exclusively for religious tourism because of the adjacent Sanctuary (regardless of the right religion or not it is worth a visit for the position in which it is located) but is equipped with 4 or 5 places for catering with a prevalence of typical products, an excellent food (with souvenirs) for any trips (packed), a pizzeria (they say valid) and two rooms for an aperitif. Pharmacy present, ATM and playground in the neighboring village (Ferrara). The area no longer snows so it can be visited all year round until Novezza (it snows and closes the road). Lots of trekking in spring, summer and autumn (fantastic foliage area). In winter the area above novezza and departures from Spiazzi (Malga Crocetta area) becomes half mountaineering (not trekking then) and ski mountaineering (there are no lifts)!
