What is there to do nearby?
You’ll be staying in the resort town of Sirmione on the southern edge of Lake Garda. Packed with culture, history and picturesque waters, it is the perfect place to admire Lake Garda. Start with some historic attractions like the epic roman ruins of Grotte di Catullo or marvel at Castello Scaligero, a medieval fortress. Make your way into Sirmione town through the grand town entrance centre down cobbled streets and past quaint restaurants and shops. Browse the side streets for locally made knick-knacks or some gelato!
Sirmione is best known for its thermal spa baths! The Acqua di Sirmione is a thermal water said to have therapeutic and rehabilitative properties and is linked to the ancient Bojola Spring. Bask in its waters at one of the many spas, drinking in the idyllic views of Lake Garda!
Experience Lake Garda from its waters on one of the many mini-cruise tours of its shores. Appreciate Sirmione Peninsula whilst cruising on peaceful waters and blue skies!

Perfect base for Lake Garda Great location, lots of options for breakfast, clean and big enough room, kind staff! Our room could get a little stuffy during the day, but the AC at hand solved all such issues. I would be happy to recommend this spot for a visit to Lake Garda or Sirmione. Renting a bike is also a great idea, but it can get very busy on the roads, so sometimes walking is the best choice.

Lovely place We enjoyed everything: location, which was close to historic sightseeing; room size; convenient beds; spacious balcony with garden and Garda lake view; great breakfast with variety of dishes; very nice yard with a pool. Stuff was really friendly and nice. Across the road - bike rent. Enough space for a big car on parking. Strongly recommend! We hope to come back in the nearest future.

Comfort, relaxation and lots of attention: thank you! Charming property surrounded by greenery with swimming pool. Stylish and clean entrance! Breakfast room clean, tidy and equipped. Spacious rooms and bathroom cleaned and cared for daily: great beds. TV and terrace: nothing is missing. Varied breakfast buffet. Attentive, friendly and fast staff. The owners very attentive and helpful people!: Thank you! A stone's throw from the beautiful Sirmione and beyond!
