- The voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase to ensure purchased price.
- If not redeemed within 48 hours, the voucher will auto-redeem, and the customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not impact the customer's right to a change of mind refund within 14 days unless the holiday is booked.
- All holidays purchased are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed if the voucher has auto redeemed.
- Upon voucher redemption, the holiday provider will contact the customer via email to confirm booking details. Customers must respond within 24 hours to secure their holiday booking.
- Valid for selected flights only on the dates chosen by the customer; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
- London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, City, Southend) are grouped. Flights may depart from any; a fee may apply to change airport.
- If purchasing as a gift, the holiday provider will offer travel dates within the purchasing price at the time of booking.
- Hand luggage is included, please check with the holiday provider for specific weight and size restrictions.
- Minimum destination time for 2-night breaks: 40hrs (London/Manchester) or 36hrs (other airports).
