Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase to secure the purchased price. If not redeemed within 48 hours, voucher auto-redeems and customer should contact the travel agent to book. Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking. Valid for selected flights only on dates chosen; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights. London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southend) are grouped; by booking a London package, customers agree flights may depart from any of these airports. A fee may apply to change to a specific airport. Hotels are subject to availability. If purchasing as a gift, the holiday provider will offer travel dates within the purchase price at time of booking. Hand luggage included; check with the holiday provider for weight/size limits.
