Very nice and caring staff who show genuine thoughtfulness, super tasty breakfast and dinner buffets, perfect location by the beach and crawling distance to downtown. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Heated pool. Very happy!

we stay at limanaki beach hotel every year, this will be our 4th visit. Food is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it, portions are huge and you have a great selection to choose from. Drinks are also amazing. The staff, they are part of the reason this is our 4th stay at this hotel, nick and victoria are the best we love this hotel and would highly recommend it!

One of best hotels which I have stayed in ayia napa for bed and breakfast. The hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The location was perfect we could walk to restaurants and bars. The bus service is also very good to go to local beaches. Hopefully we will be returning in the future
