- Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking. London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southend) are grouped; by booking a London package, customers agree flights may depart from any of these airports.
