- Mud rasul time is picked by the venue and separate email is sent by the hotel confirming this.
- Please note the rasul experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, circulatory conditions, diabetes, kidney disease, or from any condition that may affect your reaction to heat. An alternative is not available.
- The venue will email customers directly with the spa confirmation & their allocated slot for the Rasul.
- Customers may book a table in the carters restaurant for dinner through this confirmation email^
- The Rasul time slots are subject to availability
- Robes and flip flops will be provided on arrival. You are required to wear suitable swim wear in the wet area of the spa.
- The minimum age requirement for spa days and treatments is 18.
