How do I redeem if I win?

If you’re our lucky winner, we'll send you two voucher codes via email along with a link to redeem your prize.

  • We’ll send you your unique voucher codes and redemption link once the competition closes.
  • Use the link provided to redeem your voucher codes as soon as possible.
  • Select your preferred travel dates and departure airport region.
  • Fill in the booking details required for your holiday.
  • Your holiday destination will then be revealed!
  • Upon redemption you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Holiday Provider. This secures your destination and travel dates for 24 hours (availability can’t be guaranteed after this period).
  • The Holiday Provider will then contact you by text, phone or email to arrange flights from your chosen region and confirm your accommodation.
  • Once you’ve agreed the plans, you’ll receive a final booking confirmation email with 30 minutes to lock in all your travel details.
  • And that’s it – your Mystery Holiday™ is booked and ready to go!
