- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st May 2025.
- One voucher per two people, may buy multiples as gifts.
- All tickets must be pre-booked via The View from The Shard’s website & Tower Vicinity booking link.
- Customers will need to redeem their The View from The Shard voucher on a Wowcher redemption page using their voucher code, once customer details have been filled in and redeemed, an email will be sent with 2 codes and booking instructions to redeem and book tickets for their experience.
- All Sales Final - No refunds given after 14 days and no refunds once a voucher is redeemed.
- The View from The Shard tickets are valid only for the date and time listed on the ticket.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or older. ID Required – Can swap for Non-Alcoholic drink
- Must book 24-Hours in advance
- Unused vouchers cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of circumstance. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
