- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings from 1st Apr until 30th Sep 2025.
- One voucher per person or per two people.

- £20pp surcharge applies for Fri-Sun bookings, payable directly to the spa.
- Must be aged 16-years or over.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group
- Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.
- Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment.
- Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.
- Pregnant clients will need to call in advance to check availability for pregnancy massage.
- Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 5 years.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Includes full access to the leisure facilities.
- Tables are required back within 1 hr 30 mins.
