Available from 6pm to 8pm, Sunday to Thursday, the Big Deal is for two people to each have a starter and main course from the market menu in Cristal Restaurant followed by tea or coffee.

Oven-roasted rump of lamb with fondant potato, root vegetables and red wine sauce

Pan-seared sea bass fillets with crushed charlotte new potatoes, wilted spinach & samphire, pea puree and beurre blanc

Char-grilled buccleuch rib-eye steak with dauphinoise potato, seasonal vegetables and green peppercorn sauce

Penne bound in a rich tomato and basil sauce with rocket and parmesan salad
